On the instructions of the Commander, Security Force Headquarters – Jaffna Major General YABM Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc and under the guidance of the General Officer Commanding, 52 Infantry Division Major General MN Fernando RSP and Under the supervision of the Commander, 522 Infantry Brigade Colonel JAC Karunathilaka RSP USP following Dansal distributed among civilians.
522 Infantry Brigade
On 0900 hrs to 1100 hrs 12.05.2025 Conjunction with Wesk poya, 522 Infantry Brigade organized a Biscuits and Cool drink Dansala for the civilians at Kadhaikadu, Kevil, Chundikulam and Mulliyan aria. Also nearly seven hundred civilians were participated for it. This Dansala was organized by Colonel JAC Karunathilaka RSP USP Commander officer 522 Infantry Brigade.
23rd Gemunu Watch
On 1100 hrs to 1400 hrs 12.05.2025 Conjunction with Wesak poya, 23rd Gemunu Watch organized a Maniac Dhansala for the civilians at Eluthuthumadduwal. Also nearly thousand civilians were participated for it. This Dansala was organized by Maj EA Edirisinghe RWP RSP psc commanding officer 23rd Gemunu Watch.
1st Mechanized Infantry Regiment
On 1700 hrs to 1900 hrs 12.05.2025 Conjunction with Wesk poya, 1st Mechanized Infantry Regiment organized a Belly Mal Dansala for the civilians at Alimankada Junction. Also nearly thousand civilians were participated for it. This Dansala was organized by Lt Col HGE Hapukotuwa USP commanding officer 1st Mechanized Infantry Regiment
10 (V) Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment
On 1100 hrs to 1500 hrs 12.05.2025 Conjunction with Wesk poya, 10 (V) Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment organized a Rice Dhansala for the civilians in front of the 10 (V) Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment at Maradankeni. Also nearly thousand and twohundred civilians were participated for it. This Dansala was organized by Maj RMTS Alahakoon Over looking Commanding officer 10 (V) Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment.
