521 Infantry Brigadeorganized a ceremony for the opening of renovated building of Warani Central College on 17th May 2023 at the school premises. The State Minister of Education S Arawinda Kumar, Member of the Parliament Angajan Ramanadan, Commander Security Forces (Jaffna) Major General Swarna Bothota, the General Officer Commanding, 52 Infantry Division, Major General KPSA Fernando, Brigade Commander of 521 Infantry Brigade, Colonel MHR Fernando, Project Coordinator and Guest of Honour Mr, T. Selvakumara and many notable Officers were participated in the event. Adding more glamour into the event, School children displayed colorful dancing items. Principle and the Old Boys’ Association of the school appreciated skill support of the troops during the construction period of renovation building.
