The troops of the 4th Battalion Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment under command to the 521 Infantry Brigade with the direction of the 52 Infantry Division which belongs to Security Forces Headquarters Jaffna is undergoing civil affairs in the area. It has been launched a beach cleaning programme to clean the litter and plastic thrown around the coastal line at ‘Sakkotei’ in Point Pedro on 18 July 2025 from 1000hrs to 1200hrs with the participation of 01 x 15 troops.
