Lieutenant Colonel Puneet Sushil, Assistant Defence Advisor to the High Commission of India paid a courtesy visit to Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna) on 26th September 2023.
The Assistant Defence Advisor was warmly welcomed by the Commander Security Forces (Jaffna), Major General Sujeewa Hettiarachchi on arrival at the office. Lieutenant Colonel Puneet Sushil signed the Visitor’s Book marking the significance of the visit to the Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna). Moreover, in compliance with the customary formalities, mementoes were exchanged as token of appreciation.
Afterwards, Lieutenant Colonel Puneet Sushil paid tribute to the memory of fallen IPKF war heroes placing floral wreaths at the IPKF Monument during the brief and solemn ceremony.
