Troops of Raviru Apparel (RVAPL) Factory at Alawwa bade farewell to Lieutenant Colonel Chaminda Thibbatuge upon his relinquishment of the appointment of Factory Manager at Alawwa.

The farewell ceremony held on last Tuesday (23 July 2019) at the camp premises. Lieutenant Colonel Chaminda Thibbatuge addressing the troops and thanked all officers, other ranks for the support given to him during his tenure as the Factory Manager.
A planting of a tree sapling and an all rank tea party culminated the day’s Programme.
