RVAPL YAKKALA AND ALAWWA INTER FACTORY CRICKET AND TUG OF WAR TOURNAMENTS HELD IN UC GROUND GAMPAHA

RVAPL conducted the annual Inter Factory Cricket and Tug of War competitions at the Urban Council ground at Gampaha on 03 August, 2019 (Saturday) under the guidance and instructions of Major Genaral Manjula Manatunga, Commandant – RVAPL.

RVAPL Annual Cricket Tournament was organized and conducted under three different categories as differently able, able and women. Differently able and able teams of RVAPL Yakkala emerged as champions in the finals; defeating their Alawwa Factory counterparts’.

Troops of Raviru Apparel (RVAPL) Factory at Alawwa bade farewell to Lieutenant Colonel Chaminda Thibbatuge upon his relinquishment of the appointment of Factory Manager at Alawwa.

R01VAPL Commandant Opens Newly Constructed NCO’S Club

A NCO’S Club built at Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL) Factory -2 in Alawwa, under the guidance of Brigadier Senaka Dassanayake, Commandant – RVAPL was declared opened on Thursday (20 September 2018).

Troops of 1 Engineer Service Regiment completed constructions under the supervision of Lieutenant Colonel Chaminda Thibbotuge, Factory Manager of Alawwa and its Project Officer Lieutenant Colonel Anil Dayarathne, within a short period.
