The Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) and Chairman, Board of Management (BoM) of Ranaviru Apparel Major General Wasantha Madola made his first formal visit to Ranaviru Apparel Factories at Alawwa and Yakkala for an inspection on 11 February 2021

Troops of Alawwa Factory of Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL) celebrated its 11th anniversary with series of events at the camp premises under the supervision of Factory Manager, Lieutenant Colonel Nandana Weerasekara on January 17-18.
Troops serving at the Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL) – Yakkala and Alawwa took part in series of events organized by Administrative Staff under the guidance of Brigadier Azath Izadeen , Commandant, RVAPL and supervised by Colonel Amila Wasage Deputy Commandant on account of first working day of the year 2021.
Troops of Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL) together with differently able troops serving at Yakkala Factory celebrated the 22nd anniversary very simply due to covid 19 pandemic situations, giving priorities to religious activities at the camp premises in Yakkala on 10th December 2020.
Newly appointed Commandant of Ranaviru Apparel, Brigadier M A Izadeen made a formal visit to Ranaviru Apparel -Alawwa on 11th November 2020.
Troops of Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL) organized a simple ceremony to felicitate Deputy Commandant - RVAPL Brigadier Amila Wasage who was promoted recently on the instruction and blessing of Brigadier M A Izadeen RSP Commandant - RVAPL at the camp premises on 19 May 2021.
Lieutenant Colonel Roshan Kalupahana assumed duties as the new Human Resource Manager of Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL) at Yakkala during a simple ceremony, held at the Factory premises in Yakkala on 21 October 2020.
Lieutenant Colonel Nandana Weerasekara assumed duties as the new Factory Manager of Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL) at Alawwa during a simple ceremony, held at the Factory premises in Alawwa on 02 January 2020.
All troops including differently able troops serving at the Ranaviru Apparel (RVAPL) Factories at Yakkala and Alawwa took part in award giving ceremonies, organized at the respective Factory premises by the Administrative Staff of both Factories to felicitate their First production line and sixth production line who emerged as best production lines of the month, were held on 01 October 2019.
Troops together with differently able troops serving at Alawwa Factory celebrated the 9th anniversary with series of events, giving priority to religious activities, at the camp premises in Alawwa, under the guidance of Brigadier Senaka Dassanayake, Commandant – RVAPL during 18th and 19th of January 2019.
