The newly appointed Chief of Staff of Army and the former Chairman of Ranaviru Apparel Board of management, Major General Jagath Kodithuwakku made a formal visit to Ranaviru Apparel Factory at Yakkala on 16 June 2022.

The visiting Chief of Staff of Army was warmly welcomed by Brigadier Azad Izadeen, the Commandant – RVAPL together with Brigadier Amila Wasage, Deputy Commandant.

The Guard Turnout was presented as a drive-pass in accordance with military formalities.

Chief of Staff addressed all ranks of RVAPL and extended his sincere gratitude to the commandant and all ranks including differently able war heroes for paving way for the success of RVAPL.

Towards the end of the day’s proceedings, the Chief of Staff placed his signature in the Visitors’ book as a memory of his visit to RVAPL.
