Empower FMA (s) to provide efficient and effective operational logistics support to the Army.
Empower service regiments and their under command units to sustain their administrative matters as per the orders stipulated by the Army.
Role of Headquarters Logistics Command is to provide
- Operational Logistics Support through FMAs.
- Admin support to Service Regiments through respective Regimental Centers.
- Trade specific admin support to infantry and support arms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulation & implementation of Op Log Policies
- Formulation & implemntation of Admin policies for Log Regiments
- Planning & implementation of log ORs carrer progression
- Admin of Trade schools
- Training, Testing & mustering of all Army Tradesmen
- Conducting periodic inspections of Log Estb
- Admin of indp log estb
