Major General C Kalutharaarachchi distinguished military officer 34 years of illustrious military career and assumed his office as the 38th Logistic Command on 09 October 2025. He was born on 10 December 1970, is a proud product of De Mazenod College Kandana. This Senior officer joined the General Sir Jon Kotelawala Academy - Rathmalana and Sri Lanka Military Academy Diyathalawa, and the was commissioned in the rank Second Lieutenant and posted to the Sri Lanka Army Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Corps on 17 November 1991.
