In commemoration of World Children’s Day, on 05th October 2025, under the guidance of Mrs. Sumangali Pathiravithana, Chairperson of SVB-SLAC, successfully organized a special Children’s Day Program at Rock House Camp.
The program was designed to offer a blend of activities, specifically including engaging fun games, entertaining sessions with music the participating children. The event commenced in the customary way with the traditional lighting of the oil lamp. Following this, a series of games and entertainment sessions were conducted as planned. Furthermore, to acknowledge their participation, each child was presented with a gift. The program subsequently concluded with a delightful lunch provided for both the children and their parents.
Around 40 members of SVB-SLAC along with their children and approximately 100 Other Rankers along with their children were participated in the event.
