AFV FIELD FIRING AT KALPITIYA

The field firing training of Armoured Fighting Vehicles (AFV) got underway at Sri Lanka Air Force field firing range in Kalpitiya during 29 and 30 August 2022.

Firing was conducted under close supervision of Brig M W A R C Wijesuriya RSP USP, the Comd Armd Bde and Col L S D N Pathiratna RSP USP, the Comdt ACTC for 6 Officers who had followed the Armour Young Officers Course and 78 Other Ranks who had followed Gunner Operator course.
