The Signals Seva Vanitha branch conducted a donation on Friday 07th March. A stock of milk packets was donated for twin daughters of a soldier serving in the SLSC.
Daughters of the selected beneficiary are one year and three months old and their mother had been dead. Therefore, the soldier has to spend a considerable amount of money on milk power in order to fulfill their nutritional requirements. Considering the situation faced by the veteran, the Seva Vanitha branch decided to make a donation which will be continued as a monthly contribution.
The president of the Signals Seva Vanitha branch together with the other members took part in executing the donations. Also, all of them made it an occasion to interact / exchange views with the veteran members of the family of Signals.
