ASSUMING OF DUTIES BY COLONEL MR HAMEEM USP AS THE COMMANDANT SCHOOL OF SIGNALS

Colonel MR Hameem USP assumed office as the 31st Commandant of the School of Signals on 24 February 2025.

The incoming Commandant was welcomed with a guard turnout upon his arrival at the main entrance. Thereafter, he symbolically signed an official document to signify the acceptance of the new appointment. Making the event much more memorable, the incoming Commandant planted a sapling followed with the Troop Address during which he outlined his vision for the future prospect.

A group photograph was then taken with the permanent staff followed by an all ranks Tea Party where the new Commandant interacted with the troops.
