Colonel R M N Rathnayake USP Lsc assumed duties as the Colonel (Admin & Quartering) of Security Force Headquarters (West) on 24 September 2025 on auspicious time having the blessing of Noble Triple Gem.
Senior Officers and Officers of the Security Forces Headquarters (West) extended their wishes to the newly appointed Colonel (Admin & Quartering) on the assumption of the duties of the new appointment.
