A WORTHY DRY RATION DONATION PROGRAM AT SECURITY FORCES (WEST)

The Commander Security Forces (West) Major General Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc participated in a dry ration distribution program at Security Forces Headquarters (West) on 13th December 2024.

On the conceptual initiative of the Commander of the Sri Lanka Army, Lieutenant General H L V M Liyanage RWP RSP ndu, and the President of the Sri Lanka Army Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Janaki Liyanage, another stock of dry ration packs received from the Sri Lanka Army Seva Vanitha Unit were donated among 19 Other Ranks and Civil staff of Security Forces Headquarters (West) by the Commander Security Forces (West), Major General Lanka Amarapala. The provision of these dry ration packs was aimed to ease of the hardships of a selected handpick members of the Security Forces Headquarters (West) and to strengthen their wellbeing as well.

Brigadier G S K Perera RSP ndc, the Brigadier General Staff, Brigadier K L Munasinghe USP, the Brigadier Admin & Quartering, and Brigadier L J M C P Jayasundara KSP, the Brigadier Coord (Volunteer Matters) also participated in this event.
