The annual sports meet of Sri Subodi Junior Vidyalaya, Battaramulla, took place on the school grounds on 14 March 2025. The event was honored by the distinguished presence of Brigadier B Y C Fernando RWP USP, the Commander of the 144 Infantry Brigade, who attended as the chief guest at the invitation of the Principal.
Brigadier B Y C Fernando’s presence added immense prestige to the occasion. As the chief guest, he shared words of encouragement with the students, emphasizing the importance of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, qualities that are vital both in sports and in life.
