The Viru Kekulu Pre-School's annual concert for 2025 was held vibrantly on 19 November 2025 at the Buddhist and Pali University auditorium. The event was graced by the President of the Army Sewa Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Swendrini Dissanayake as the Chief Guest. She was joined by the Commander, Security Forces (West) Major General Dinesh Udugama, his spouse Mrs. Udari Gamage, senior military personnel and the children's parents.
The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the traditional oil lamp and a two-minute silence observed in honour of the nation's fallen heroes. A bright kindergarten student then set the tone for the colourful morning with a gracious welcome address. Over the next two delightful hours, the audience was treated to a captivating array of dramas, songs and dance items performed by the pre-school children.
