In celebration of the 78tය National Independence Day, 7 Gajaba Regiment of 57 Infantry Division, Department of Social Services together with Vocational Training Institute organized a heartfelt community welfare programme at the Vocational Training Institute at Galmuruwa, Madampe. As a part of the event lunch was provided for 18 children with special needs who are been cared and trained at the institute.
Adding colour and joy to the celebration an entertainment event was arranged under the supervision of Commanding Officer of the 7 Gajaba Regiment. It created a chherful and festive atmosphere bringing happiness and smiles to the children. This meaningful initiative highlighted the commitment of all parties involved to celebrate national pride while sharing kindness and joy with children.
