Colonel Amanda Johnston, Defence Adviser to the Australian High Commission in Sri Lanka paid a courtesy visit to the Security Forces (Jaffna) on 13 January 2026 at the Security Force Headquarters (Jaffna).
Major General MR Razick RSP ndu, the Commander, 51 Infantry Division welcomed her and presented a briefing on the tasks perform by military, specially focusing on community relation projects, security and other general matters of concern.
At the end of the meeting, mementos were exchanged to mark the significance of the occasion and Defence Adviser left compliments in the Visitors’ Book.
Brigadier MHR Fernando RWP RSP USP, Brigadier General Staff, Security Force Headquarters was also presented at the event.
