THE COLONEL COMMANDANT OF THE SRI LANKA CORPS OF MILITARY POLICE UNDERTAKERS FORMAL VISIT TO THE 4th SRI LANKA CORPS OF MILITARY POLICE

The Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SLCMP), Major General S A N D Edirisinghe RWP RSP Hdmc psc visited the 4^th Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police - Myliddy on 10 August 2024. This was his first official visit to the unit after assuming duties as the Colonel Commandant.

Upon the arrival at the camp, the Colonel Commandant was warmly welcomed by the Second in Command Major K A K Kariyawasam USP Lsc. The subsequent program was then lined up with the drive pass, group photographs and briefing by the Second in Command. Later, the Colonel Commandant addressed the troops by elaborating on the security precautions and welfare of soldiers. Before concluding the event, the Colonel Commandant mentioned his thoughts in the visitors' Book.

The Senior Officers, Officer Commandings of affiliated Provost Companies, Officers and Other Ranks of the 4^th Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police were present at the occasion.
