SCHOOL OF MILITARY POLICE TURNED TO 23 RD CHAPTER OF EXCELLENCE

Amidst the religious observances, The School of Military Police proudly celebrated its 23^rd Anniversary. A Series of events that included religious observances and military formalities were held under the guidance of the Commandant of School of Military Police, Colonel D D D Serasinghe USP.
At first, a Bodhi Puja programme got underway on 12 August 2023. In coincide with the 23^rd Anniversary , School of Military Police conducted a donation programme to facilitate the deserve children at Apeksha Hospital Maharagama on 14 October 2023.
on 20^th October 20203, in accordance with military traditions a Guard Turnout and a Ceremonial parade were presented to the Commandant of School of Military Police. On the same occasion, a sapling was planted in the premises as symbol of memory. Thereafter, all ranks lunch was held with the presence of the Officers and other ranks with the aiming to build up cooperation among all ranks and a friendly, healthy working atmosphere. The Commandant, Officers and other ranks of School of Military Police participated to the event.
