93 Military Police Recruits Pass Out

The Passing out Parade (PoP) of 93 recruits of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SLCMP) who followed the Basic Provost Course No 82 took place on Saturday (13) May at the SLCMP Training School in Giritale.

Major General AL Illangakoon, Commander FMA (MLT) and Colonel Commandant of SLCMP grace the occasion as the Chief Guest, received the salute of the recruits passed out during the PoP ceremony after their three-month long training.

Special merit awards were given to following categories under different fields of excellence on the same occasion.

Second Lieutenant WMGK Wijesundara was awarded as the Best Platoon Commander and Private Munasinghe MADD was awarded as the Best Recruit.
