To coincide with Christmas celebrations, the Seva Vanitha Branch - Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police organized a school equipment donation programme at RHQ SLCMP premises. The Chief Guest for the event was the Commander Forward Maintenance Area (Mullaitivu) and the Colonel Commandant Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police Major General Anil Illangakoon accompanied by the President Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs Inoka Illangakoon. 34 packs of school equipment and toys were distributed among the children of staff members of the regiment at the occasion. SLCMP Calypso and Beat band has played the Christmas songs during the event. The event organized by the 1st Regiments Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police. The Centre Commandant, Council members, Senior Officers, members of Seva Vanitha Branch and Other Ranks were present on the occasion.
