MILITARY FORMALITIES TO THE NEWLY PROMOTED COMMANDING OFFICER

Lt Col R M N Rathnayaka USP Lsc, who is presently serving as the Commanding Officer of the 1st Regiment Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police was promoted to the present rank of Lieutenant Colonel on 08th September 2020. To mark this gracious occasion, he was honoured with a Guard Turnout and Parade at the RHQ SLCMP premises on 11th September 2020. The day’s proceedings lined up as a group photograph, troops address and all ranks tea. Finally all Offrs and other ranks joined to congratulate the CO to end the Programme.
