A lecture on prevention of non communicable diseases and early identification of cancer was conducted by Dr.Amila Chandrasiri MBBS MSC MD, who is serving as a community health consultant at Galle Base Hospital. Event was graced by the President of the Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs. Waruni Ubayawardena. 21 members participated for the event. Event was organized by 6 SLCMP senior most lady Mrs.Irosha Rupasinghe, wife of the Commanding Officer of 6 SLCMP, under the guidance of the Colonel Commandant of SLCMP on 30th September 2018 at the Officers' Mess, RHQ SLCMP Polhengoda followed by a tea party at the end.
