Inter Unit Drill Competition was held on 4th January 2016 at Girithale. Well trained drill platoons from 1 SLCMP, 2 SLCMP, 3 SLCMP, 4 SLCMP and 5 SLCMP participated for the competition. Centre Commandant graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Senior Officers, Officer RSMs, SNCOs an NCOs participated for the event. 1st place secured by 1 SLCMP, 2nd place - 2 SLCMP and 3rd place - 4 SLCMP. Captain BGTD Bandara of 2 SLCMP awarded as the best commander of the competition.
