1. At the invitation of CO 6 SLCMP, the main entrance and the Wos’/ Sgts’ accommodation complex were ceremonially declared open by the Provost Marshal of the Sri Lanka Army and Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police Maj Gen EKJK Wijayasiri Lsc.
2. The Centre Commandant of RHQ SLCMP Brig DKGD Sirisena USP and many senior officers witnessed the event on 01st of December 2013. After the opening ceremony an all ranks tea was held at the newly opened building complex. In the evening the troops were addressed by the Col Comdt. The admin inspection also conducted under the patronage of Col Comdt.
