Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police conducted Officers’ Training Day on 26 March 2019 at the Regimental Headquarters and events organized by 5th Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police. Training Day commenced with Physical Training and Drill sessions. Capt DMRN Abeyrathna, conducted a Individual presentation on – “Hambanthota port and its effect to Sri Lanka Economy” at the Officers’ Mess. Further , Capt RGDP Rajapaksha, Capt AC Madanayake, Capt NDCN Batagoda, Capt GS Elabodage and Lt VGP Chathuranga conducted a Group presentation on - “Indian Ocean as a Geostrategic Hotspot and its Implications on Sri Lanka’’.
Mr Sadheesh Paul was the Guest speaker for Diners Club session and delivered the lecture on “Public Relations Skills for Sri Lanka Army’’
Senior officers, including Provost Marshal, Brig LPR Premalal USP, Centre Commandant, Col AL Illangakoon and a total of 85 officers attended lecture sessions.
