SLCMP TROOPS TOOK OVER CEREMONIAL DUTIES AT PRESIDENT HOUSE

The change-over of the Ceremonial Guard at the President’s House took place this morning during a brief ceremony in front of the President’s House at Colombo-Fort. During the formal ceremony, SLCMP took over their ceremonial duties from the Sri Lanka Air Force for a period of six months, beginning from 01 April 2018 to 01 October 2018. After signing formal documents to that effect, both Military Police and Air Force troops exchanged greetings.
