THE SEVA VANITHA BRANCH OF SRI LANKA CORPS OF MILITARY POLICE VISITED RANAVIRU SEVANA - RAGAMA AND CONDUCTED A DONATION PROGRAMME

With the objective of raising mental stability and the wellness of permanently injured war heroes undergoing recovery and rehabilitation, the Seva Vanitha Branch of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SVB SLCMP) together with 1^st Regiment Sri Lanaka Corps of Military Police (1 SLCMP) organized the donation programme at Ranaviru Sevana Ragama on 16 July 2024 under the supervision of the President of SVB SLCMP, Mrs. Manisha Kothalawala.
The purpose of the visit was to inquire about the well-being and welfare of War Heroes undergoing recuperation and rehabilitation on the premises. During the programme, essential sanitary items were donated to the resident war heroes. The President and the Other members of the SVB SLCMP engaged in offering delicious lunch to inmates and entertained them with music by SLCMP Calypso Band to uplift the spirits of the War Heroes, providing moments of joy and relaxation.
The President of the SVB SLCMP Mrs. Manisha Kotalawala and other members of Seva Vanitha Branch - Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, Senior Officers, and Officers were present at the occasion.
