Mrs.Shirani Udawatte, President of the Seva Vanitha Branch of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police donated one million rupees to Mrs. Nayana De Silva , President of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit at the New Year tea party for senior members of the Seva Vanitha Unit held at the main auditorium of ASVU on 04 January 2016 with the aim of uplifting the welfare activities of the Army soldiers and their families.
The donation money was acquired from the SLCMP Seva Vanitha Branch, fund raising event “Ran Salakuna†conducted by Ranwala Balakaya held at Kularatne Audtorium of Ananda College,Colombo on 27 November 2015.
