NEW COMMANDING OFFICER OF 7 SRI LANKA CORPS OF MILITARY POLICE ASSUMED DUTIES

Amidst the religious observances and the ceremonial formalities, Major L G L B Gunarathna USP psc Lsc assumed duties as the 6^th Commanding Officer of 7^th Regiment, Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, Diyatalawa on 7 November 2023.
The newly appointed Commanding Officer was warmly welcomed by the Second in Command of 7^th Regiment, Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, Major K N A Karunanayaka at the doorstep of the camp. Thereafter, the guard turnout and the Parade were accorded by the troops of 7 SLCMP in honor of the Senior Officer.
Afterwards, group photograph and finally troops address were held where the new Commanding Officer expressed his vision and the expectations in coming years. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of 7 SLCMP participated to the event
