MIHIDU SETH MADURA –ATTDIYA VISIT ON 20 DECEMBER 2017
The President Mrs. Waruni Ubayawardena and members of the Provost Ladies Club of SLCMP paid a visit to Attidiya Mihidu Seth Madura on 20 December 2017. Members donated daily utensil items with shaving foam, scent, after shave, shampoo etc. for each 45 soldiers worth Rs.31,500/- and Rs. 25,000/- as per their request to construct a Lord Buddha shrine for the mental well-being of the soldiers to the Commandant of the Seth Madura. The lunch for the inmates were followed by an entertainment programme. The event was organized by the senior most lady of 3 SLCMP, Mrs. Kumari Rajanayake under the careful guidance of the President of the Provost Ladies Club.
