The 4th Inter Regimental indoor rowing competition was held from 28 to 30 January 2016, at Sir John Kothalawala Defence University. There were 12 Regiments participated for the Competition for both men and Women events.
Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police won the all round first place of the Competition from men team by achieving 11 gold medals, 4 Silver Medals and 3 Browns medals and by achieving 8 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 8 browns medals ladies team of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police Regiment won the all round 2nd Place of the competition.
