Inter Regiment Chess Championship organized by the Sri Lanka Army Chess Committee was commenced from 02 January 2018 to 04 January 2018 at RHQ SLSC - Panagoda. Closing ceremony was held on 05 January 2018 at Defence Services College and Chief of Staff - Sri Lanka Army, Maj Gen KADA Karunasekara RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc was attended as the chief guest. Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police Women\'s chess team won the 3rd place in this championship.
