On 4th May 2014, there was a guard turnout and a guard of honour at the Regimental headquarters of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police on behalf of the farewell of the Colonel of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police Regiment as well as the Provost Marshal of Sri Lanka Army Major General EKJK WIJAYASIRI Lsc. There after all ranks and all officers were addressed by the outgoing Colonel Commandant. After that there was an all ranks lunch was held at the Corporals Club and at the evening a formal dinner night was held at the Officers Mess.
