The Corporal to Sergeant Promotion Course - No 66 was held from 24 November 2023 and it was terminated on 16th January 2024 at the School of Military Police with the participation of 97 eligible Non Commissioned Officers including 87 male NCOs and 10 Women Military Police NCOs under the guidance of the Provost Marshal of Sri Lanka Army and the Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, Major General A C A De Zoysa USP Hdmc Lsc.
The course was comprised with the theoretical and practical aspects with traffic control, criminal investigation, military and civil law, police duties during the peace and war, general knowledge, regimental account, admin duties.
The Commandant of School of Military Police, Colonel D D D Serasinghe USP delivered the closing remarks on 16 January 2024. The Senior Officers, Officers, Permanent Staff of School of Military Police and student of the course participated to the closing address.
