The Commander FMA (MLT) and the Colonel Commandant of SLCMP undertakes formal visit to the 6 th Regiment Corps of Military Police

The Commander FMA (MLT) and the Colonel commandant of Sri Lanka corps of Military Police Major General AL Ilangakoon made his official visit before his retirement to the 6th Regiment Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police at Mullaitivu on 7^th May 2023.where he was warmely welcomed by The Commanding Officer 6 SLCMP, with a guard turn out at the entrance.

The event is further flowed by the group photo graph, planting of a sapling,troop address and the all ranks tea party.during the troop address the commanding officer 6 SLCMP delivered a speech extending deep sence of gratitude and appreciation for the service rendered by Major General AL Ilangakoon while recalling some of the silient achievement,milestone and memories of the senior officer.

Later on, during the formal speech done by Major General AL Ilangakoon, after The Commanding Officer’s speech.He shared his experience with the officers and other rankers and urged them to perform duties as a desipline provost officers and other rankers while safeguarding the reputation of the organization.

After that the event was comprised with a formal all ranks tea party. That provide opportunity for all ranks to have a interaction with the colonel commandant.
