The Centre Commandant of Regimental Centre, Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, Brigadier HMSI Senarath undertakes his maiden Visit to the 2nd Regiment, Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police at Girithale on 31 July 2023. On his arrival, he was warmly welcomed by the Commanding Officer, Major K N Indrajith USP Lsc. In accordance with the military traditions, a colorful guard turnout was presented in honour of Centre Commandant.
Later, the Centre Commandant addressed the troops elaborating his vision on performing Military Police duties and enhancing the professional knowledge of Provost Officers and Other Ranks.
Afterward, the Centre Commandant made a visit to inspect the condition and the infrastructure facilities available in the camp premises.
Finally, the admin conference was conducted to provide required assistance as well as rectify the shortcomings, lapses and sort out the pending matters.
The Commanding Officer, Senior Officers, Officers, Permanent Staff of 2 SLCMP participated to the event.
