The opening ceremony of the Budu Madura at 5 SLCMP was held on 04th July 2015, with religious activities and a Perahera. The Budu Madura has been created on a concept of Commanding Officer Lt Col AMR Abeysinghe and opened in auspicious time at 0725 hrs. All officers and all other ranks participated for this event.
