Hand Ball is considered as one of the synergetic games that demands swiftness, high level of energy, mental and physical robustness and technical skills. Temperament of the game is acted in high volume to achieve high morale comparing to the players of other sports and team members should more acquainted with synchronized tactics for game winnings.
Hence, Inter Unit Hand Ball Tournament was held to showcase skills, physical and metal stamina of the provost members with the determination of making high skilled players.
5 Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police hosted the tournament on the direction of Provost Marshal of SL Army and the Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, Major General A C A De Zoysa USP Hdmc Lsc , Series of matches were played from 08 November 2023 To 09 November 2023. After very tight and competitive battles among the other provost units, 5 th and 6 th Regiment, Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police teams became final. The much-awaited moment of the being champions was triumphantly owned by the 5 SLCMP team.
