According to guidance given by the Colonel Commandant SLAGSC Brig MKSS De Silva, Mrs. Nayomani De Silva, the President of the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps actively distributed 1,350 dinner packs each including bottled water and yoghurt to flood-affected families in the Malwana area on 4th December 2025.

The donation of books to the library of the Kachchigala Vidyalaya in Embilipitiya, a difficult school, was done by the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch with the support of the Lions Club.

The SLAGSC Seva Vanitha President, the SLAGSC Centre Commandant, the Commandant of the SLAGSC Trade School, several Lions Club members and a group of SLAGC Seva Vanitha Branch members participated.

The Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch, has distributed 500 lunch packs and water bottles, 500 dry ration packs with essential items and sanitary items to 500 families dispersed by recent floods on 30th November 2025. This initiative aims to provide essential support to those affected, ensuring they have access to food and clean drinking water.

The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps, under the guidance of Hon. President Mrs. P N K De Silva, in collaboration with Lions International District 306 D7, organized a spectacle donation program benefiting 100 family members of Army personnel on 1st November 2025 at the Lecture Hall, Regimental Headquarters.

All participants were examined by well-recognized Specialist optometrists, and 10 parents were selected for free cataract surgeries, further supporting their eye health and well-being.
