International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Advance Refresher course conducted at IPSOTSL under the direction and guidance of Directorate of HR and IHL from 1 July 2019 to 19 July 2019. It was completed successfully. The course consisted of 10 officers including two officers from Sri Lanka Navy .26 Other Ranks from different services and police. The objective of the course was to enhance the knowledge of the junior level officers regarding the Humanitarian Law and its implication and the basic knowledge of Human Rights Violation. The opening address was conducted by the Director of Directorate of HR and IHL Brig AGDN Jayasundera RWP RSP MIR, Closing address was conducted by the Commdt of IPSOTSL. Major General PI Pathiratne.
