International Humanitarian Law & Human Right Basic instructor course number 22 (IHL&HR) commenced from 30 October to 17 November 2017. The total students of 23x61 were participated from Army and Navy. The commandant of IPSOTSL Brig Prasad Pathiratne GW grace in the opening address and Staff officer 1 Lt Col Jayathilaka from Dte of IHL&HR also presented. Brigadier JMUD Jayasinghe Director of the Sri Lanka Army IHL and HRgraced the closing ceremony.
