The Institution of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka, Kukuleganga celebrated its 14th anniversary on 14 June 2018 at IPSOTSL at Kukuleganga.
In paralleled to the anniversary day, the institute organized all night Pirith Chanting ceremony at the presence of 15 Buddhist monks to invoke blessing to the staff and the institution. The monks were proceeded with colourful procession to the pirith mandapa and pirith chanting was held over night with the participation of members of IPSOTSL, Officers and the Other Ranks students of Sri Lanka Air Force Aviation Contingent who are undergoing pre deployment training. The event was concluded on the following day morning with the Alms giving to the 20 Buddhist monks and they blessed all for noble triple gem enrich the life, purify mind of all participants. The event was presided by the Commandant IPSOTSL Brigadier PI Pathirathna.
