International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Other Ranks’ Advance Course No 27 was conducted at the Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL) under the direction and guidance of the Directorate of Legal Service Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. The course was successfully completed with the participation of 28 Other Ranks from Sri Lanka Army, Navy and Air Force from 27 November 2023 to 22 December 2023.

The objective of the course was to develop the knowledge of Other Ranks on Humanitarian Law, its implications and to provide a clear perception on knowledge of Human Rights. The closing remarks were delivered by the Colonel N S Nallaperuma USP - Director Legal Service Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.
