The International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights advance course conducted at Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL) under the direction and guidance of the Directorate of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (Dte of HR & HL) from 08 November 2022 to 05 December 2022 was completed successfully. The course consisted with 27 officers and 33 other ranks from Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and Special Task Force.

The objective of the course was to develop the knowledge of officers and other ranks on Humanitarian Law and its implication. Further to provide a clear perception on knowledge of Human Rights. The Closing remarks were delivered by the Brigadier T K C Peiris RWP RSP the Director of Directorate of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law.
