An important lecture organized by Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL) got underway on 13.07.2020 at the IPSOTSL main auditorium by focusing the student officers of United Nations Military Observers Course (UNMOC) – 2020.

A special United Nations Country Team arrived to IPSOTSL in order to deliver the lectures and the team consisted with 06 subject matter expertise.

Lectures were based on Women Peace and Security, Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, Conflict Based Sexual Violence and Child Protection. Five of the guest speakers conducted the lectures with close supervision on the student officers and explained the lessons effectively.
