COMMANDO REGIMENT SPECIAL WARFARE TRAINING SCHOOL

CRSWTS was established in Vedditalativu area in Wanni in order to conduct specialized training for Commandos. Commando Regiment's high involvement in combating terrorism led to the expansion of the Commando Regiment and paved the way to establish another training institution for the purpose of enhancing professionalism in the Regiment. The area's dense jungle and rugged terrain are ideal for commando specialized training.

VISION

To become the premier specialized commando training institution of the Sri Lanka Army in order to produce highly skilled, professional commandos.

MISSION

To produce mentally alert, physically strong and morally forthright Commandos of the highest caliber, to be employed in specialized tasks, in order to uphold the vision of the Commando Regiment Special Warfare Training School.
