OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE BY COMMANDOS AT APTS

“Nothing Impossible” has been proven again by 1 X 2 Commandos during the Passing out parde of Officer Physical Training Instructor courses NO-15, Advance Physical Training Instructor course NO-45 and Assistant Physical Training Instructor Course – 128 at Army Physical Training School (APTS ) – Panagoda by securing the 1st in order of merit in all three courses. For the first time in both Army and Commando history an achievement like such at APTS was reported and the extraordinary dedication and commitment of fol individuals caused to raise of the Commando Flag high during the POP & APTS:

O/ 71563 Lt GVAK Pradeep – 1CR (Officer Physical Training Instructor courses NO-15)

S/Cdo 558211 L/Cpl Munasingha PMPN – 3 CR (Advance Physical Training Instructor course NO-45)

S/Cdo 558326 L/Cpl Senavirathne MSN – 3CR (Assistant Physical Training Instructor Course – 128)

The pass out of aforesaid courses was held at APTS – Panagoda with the presence of Maj Gen DMKDB Pussella RWP RSP as the chief guest on 08 May 2023. The Centre Commandant Commando Regiment Brigadier B M S K K Dharmawardena RWP RSP USP attended the occasion with the senior officers.
